Ya es habitual ver instalaciones fotovoltaicas con sus m\u00f3dulos orientados en direcci\u00f3n Este-Oeste, en lugar de apuntar hacia el Sur. Y es que, dependiendo del caso<\/strong>, puede interesar una u otra orientaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La orientaci\u00f3n Sur para instalaciones fotovoltaicas, es la orientaci\u00f3n donde mayor radiaci\u00f3n solar se recibe, y por tanto, donde se produce la mayor producci\u00f3n solar. Esto es lo habitual para las instalaciones solares de conexi\u00f3n a red, con venta de la energ\u00eda<\/strong>. En cambio, si hablamos de autoconsumo, interesa el m\u00e1ximo aprovechamiento de la energ\u00eda<\/strong>, m\u00e1s que la m\u00e1xima producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Hoy en d\u00eda, en sistemas de autoconsumo fotovoltaico, puede resultar m\u00e1s interesante una orientaci\u00f3n Este-Oeste para reducir el pico de potencia en las horas centrales del d\u00eda y alargar la producci\u00f3n a primeras y \u00faltimas horas del d\u00eda. Para determinar la orientaci\u00f3n, hemos de tener en cuenta cada caso; h\u00e1bitos de consumo, tarifa el\u00e9ctrica, si el sistema incluye o no bater\u00edas…<\/p>\n

Insistimos, en que con una orientaci\u00f3n al Sur, alcanzaremos mayores picos de producci\u00f3n, mientras que con una orientaci\u00f3n Este-Oeste, lo que haremos, ser\u00e1 prolongar la duraci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n solar a las primeras y \u00faltimas horas del d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00bb1_2,1_2″ _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.7″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2″ _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.7″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.7″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]

La l\u00f3gica de esto, es que los m\u00f3dulos orientados hacia el Este, empiezan a producir con la salida del sol, y los m\u00f3dulos orientados al Oeste se mantienen produciendo hasta el ocaso.<\/p>\n

Como coment\u00e1bamos al principio del art\u00edculo, conseguimos aprovechar m\u00e1s las horas en las que disponemos de sol.<\/p>\n

En la gr\u00e1fica podemos observar cual ser\u00eda el comportamiento orientativo de las opciones que estamos tratando, en un d\u00eda de sol cualquiera; en rojo la opci\u00f3n este-oeste, y en azul la opci\u00f3n sur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.7″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4″ _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.7″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.7.7″ _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]

Tambi\u00e9n es interesante apuntar que una instalaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s compacta de m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos, aumenta la densidad de producci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica por metro cuadrado<\/strong>; no tenemos separaciones para evitar sombreados entre filas de m\u00f3dulos.<\/p>\n

Si hablamos de instalaciones en cubiertas no coplanares, donde precisamos de una estructura similar a la de la primera imagen, la orientaci\u00f3n este-oeste, aporta un factor aerodin\u00e1mico que reduce la presi\u00f3n del viento<\/strong>. Esto, implica que una menor carga de viento, suponga una menor cantidad de contrapeso de sujeci\u00f3n, reduciendo la carga en las cubiertas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Esta opci\u00f3n de orientaci\u00f3n es posible gracias a que la mayor\u00eda de los inversores fotovoltaicos destinados al autoconsumo, vienen ya en su mayor\u00eda, dotados de al menos 2 MPPTs (seguidores del punto de m\u00e1xima potencia), y a la existencia de los microinversores.<\/p>\n

Hay casos, en los que inversores con varios MPPTs o los microinversores, nos permiten solventar proyectos en los que la naturaleza de la cubierta es m\u00e1s compleja, disponiendo incluso de m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos con 3 orientaciones; este-oeste, y sur.<\/p>\n
